MASSENA - Village police arrested a 24-year-old Massena man Friday for allegedly tattooing a 14-year-old child on two separate occassions.

Roy L. Gurrola, of 93 1/2 Maple St., was charged at his residence at 2:12 p.m., for two counts of unlawful dealing with a child. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable May 29 in village court.
