GOUVERNEUR - A 25-year-old East Babcock Street man faces driving while intoxicated charges after being arrested early Saturday morning by village police.

Casey A. McEathron, of 30 East Babcock St., was charged at 1:32 a.m. on West Main Street, for DWI and unsafe start.

No blood alcohol concentration was available, according to village police, who said Mr. McEathron was released on an appearance ticket returnable June 14 in village court.
