ADAMS CENTER — Jeffrey D. Zehr, 31, of 17529 Michaels Road, was arrested Sunday night by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies on charges of felony criminal contempt and harassment.

He is ordered to appear in town of Adams Court. Deputies alleged that at 5:45 p.m. Sunday in his home he defied “refrain from” terms in an order of protection by threatening to have his dog attack his wife, Amber Zehr.
