Dwane E. Jarvis, 42, of 26410 Perch Lake Road, town of Pamelia, was released without bail following his arrest Sunday by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies on two felony counts of third-degree criminal mischief.
He was arraigned in town of Worth Court in connection with incidents on Nov. 6 and Feb. 3, both involving tires being punctured, accoridng to the sheriffs office. In the initial incident at 23088 County Route 189 in the town of Worth, six tires on vehicles owned by Jayson Busler and Heather Casario were cut, and two more tires were slashed on Mr. Buslers vehicle in the second incident at the same location, deputies reported.
