CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Amanda L. Lapage, 30, of County Route 37, Massena, for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday on East Orvis Street.
UNLICENSED OPERATOR - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Dori A. St. Pierre, 37, of Massena for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of an uninspected motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with no headlight following a traffic stop at 8:35 p.m. Tuesday on Liberty Avenue.
ASSAULT - MASSENA - Village police charged a 13-year-old male with third-degree assault Tuesday evening following an investigation into an incident that occurred at approximately 6:15 p.m. Monday in the St. Marys Church parking lot. The teenager allegedly punched another 13-year-old male in the mouth, breaking that teens tooth. The case will be sent to the probation department for a possible petition to St. Lawrence County Court.
