CANTON A Waddington man was indicted Thursday by a St. Lawrence County grand jury for allegedly sexually assaulting three women in 2010.
James Sabre Jr., 44, 56 Oak St., was charged with felony second-degree burglary, second-degree burglary as a sexual motivated crime, four counts of felony first-degree attempted rape and felony first-degree sexual abuse.
Sabre is accused of sexually assaulting three women in the town of Waddington ages 24, 28 and 42, according to court documents.
Others indicted by the grand jury:
Jessica L. Prashaw, 30, 21 Quarry Road, Gouverneur, was indicted on two counts of felony third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Ms. Prashaw is accused of selling oxycodone and heroin in October in Gouverneur, documents said.
Katelyn Thayer, 20, 21 Spencer St., Gouverneur, was indicted on two counts of felony fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Ms. Thayer is accused of selling N-benzylpiperazine, or BZP, twice in September in the village of Gouverneur, according to court documents.
