WEST CARTHAGE — Marvin P. Carty, 22, of 11 Liberty St., was arrested early Friday on three charges after state police allege he choked his wife, Aundi, 25.

He was released following arraignment on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct. No other details were available from police.
