CRIMINAL POSSESSION WEAPON - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Brennon M. Bigtree, 18, of Hogansburg with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following an incident at 4:30 p.m. Friday on state Route 37.

ASSAULT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Samuel F. Westurn, 34, of Moira with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child early Friday following an inestigation into an incident reported late Thursday.

CRIMINAL FACILITATION - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Tamara L, McCargar, 41, of Norfolk with fourth-degree criminal facilitation following a complaint lodged at 2:27 p.m. Thursday with troopers.

ASSAULT - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Guy L. Paro, 65, of Canton with third-degree assault following an investigation into a complaint lodged with troopers at 7:05 a.m. Thursday from the town of Canton.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS - WADDINGTON - State police charged Bradley E. Elliott, 49, of Hammond with second-degree trespass following an investigation into a complaint made at 7:17 p.m. Thursday from the town of Waddington.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police investigated several property damage accidents Thursday and Friday. They included:

■ Timothy D. Alguire, 57, of Massena and Nancy L. Young, of Massena, were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 10:49 a.m. Friday in the parking lot at 330 East Orvis St., Massena.

■ Charles T. Pitts, 55, of Norfolk at 8:48 a.m. Friday on Sober Street Road near County Route 48A in the town of Potsdam.

■ Tammie Y. Gibson, 39, of Dickinson at 7:11 p.m. Friday on Palmer Road at County Route 5 in the town of Dickinson.

■ L.N. Johnson, 68, of Winthrop at 1:53 p.m. Thursday on Judson Street Road in the town of Canton.

■ Terri L. Lafond, 41, of Massena at 5:32 p.m. Thursday on state Route 310 near River Road in the town of Norfolk.
