THERESA Adam M. Guarrera, 17, of 17990 Reed Point Road, Fishers Landing, defied his girlfriends parents late Friday night, so he was jailed, according to the Jefferson County Sheriffs Department.
Charged with third-degree criminal trespass and driving without a license, he was placed in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, with bail set at $250 by Theresa Town Justice Roger Duvall.
Deputies said he took his mothers car and drove about 11:15 p.m. to 40540 Cross Road, town of Theresa, the property of Mr. and Mrs. Wendell C. Putnam Jr., after having been told to stay away. The youth was apprehended on the property by the girls father, and was detained until a patrol arrived.
