Watertown police cite man after child found alone in vehicle

A man is summoned to Watertown City Court on a charge of endangering the welfare of his 2-year-old son.

Joseph E. Mumford-Wilson, 26, of 7474 S. State St., Lowville, parked at Kinney Drugs, 1304 Washington St., about 6 p.m. Friday and went into the store to buy a drink, police said. Meanwhile, the child was unattended in his vehicle, police said. It was undisclosed how long the child was alone in the auto.
