WATERTOWN - The Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) will host an informal Meet and Greet and Habitat Seminar on Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at the Gander Mountain Store, 21105 Salmon Run Mall Loop Run West, Watertown, NY beginning at 7 p.m.
RGS Regional Director Tripp Way will present a seminar on chapter relations and RGS Regional Biologist Andy Weik will provide information on habitat management in New York and the importance it has on grouse, woodcock and other wildlife — both hunted and non-hunted.
The meeting will get underway at 7 p.m., and is open to everyone who has an interest in habitat restoration.
