DWI - PIERREPONT - Canton-based state police charged Stephanie E. Bartmess, 29, of Colton with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for speeding following a traffic stop at 2:23 a.m. Sunday on state Route 56 in the town of Pierrepont.
DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Luis B. Morales, 43, of Rochester with driving while intoxicated and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and following a traffic stop at 6:20 p.m. Sunday on state Route 37 near East Orvis Street. He was ticketed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speed in zone.
ASSAULT - LAWRENCEVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Mark J. Laraby, 27, of Brooklyn Road, Lawrenceville, with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following an incident reported at 7:15 p.m. Saturday in the town of Lawrence.
ENDANGERING THE WELFARE - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Ryan M. Avery, 23, of Constable with endangering the welfare of a child following a complaint received at 9:46 a.m. Saturday.
TWO INJURED - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police said two people were injured in a one-vehicle crash at 9:55 a.m. Saturday on the Stony Brook Club Trail in the town of Waverly.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police investigated a one vehicle motor vehicle accident at 1:23 p.m. Saturday on Highland Road near Elizabeth Avenue in Massena. Troopers identified the driver as Britney N. Cook, 24, of Massena.
