CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged JonPaul P. Gagner, 26, of Norfolk with second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal mischief and assault following an incident at 6:09 a.m. Saturday from the town of Louisville.



UNAUTHORIZED USE - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Frederick J. Jandreau, 20, of Brasher Falls and Danielle D. Lane, 20, of Massena with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle Sunday. Lane was additionally charged with driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 6:52 a.m. Sunday on County Route 55 in the town of Lawrence.



FUGITIVE WARRANT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police picked up David D. Dubray, 45, of Massena on a fugitive from justice warrant at 6:49 p.m. Sunday in the village of Massena.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Curtis A. Kellison, 27, of Raymondville with two counts of disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment following a complaint received at 1:30 a.m. Monday from the town of Norfolk. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.



AGGRAVATED DWI - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Michael J. Durant, 47, of Constable with aggravated driving while intoxicated and an open container violation following a traffic stop in Plante Road at 7 p.m. May 27 in the town of Constable.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - NORWOOD - Troopers said Ann M. Deon, 52, of Chase Mills struck a parked car in the Big M parking lot at 2:57 p.m. Sunday in the village of Norwood.
