CLAYTON - Charles J. Lyman, 87, of Clayton, formerly of Depauville, retired Regional Director of the Department of Transportation, died Sunday evening in St. Joseph’s Nursing Home in Ogdensburg where he has been a resident for a month.

Calling hours will be 6 - 9 p.m. Friday evening at the T.R. Jetty Funeral Home in Clayton.
