PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - CANTON - Canton-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 9:27 p.m. Monday on Judson Street Road, near Route 310, in the town of Canton. Troopers said the vehicle was being operated by Mildred R. Clifford, 58, of Potsdam.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Courtney A. Collette, 20, of Moira with second-degree harassment Monday afternoon following an incident reported at 1:15 p.m. from the town of Moira. She was released on her own recognizance.
