Winthrop- Tommy J. Moulton, 70, passed away Monday at his home. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday 2-4 & 6-8 at the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop. Funeral service will be Saturday at 2 at the West Stockholm UMC. Donations in his memory can be made to Hospice or CPH Cancer Center.
