UNAUTHORIZED USE - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged John L. Thompson, 27, of Snye, Que., with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle following a stop Wednesday on state Route 56 in the town of Norfolk.

The charge stemmed from a complaint filed with troopers on the morning of Nov. 24 from the town of Norfolk.

DWI - BRASHER - Massena-based state police charged Hope M. Jenkins, 26, of Massena with driving while intoxicated - refusal to take breath test following a traffic stop at 1:11 a.m. May 31 on County Route 53 in the town of Brasher. She was also ticketed for failure to keep right.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION MARIJUANA - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Peter A. Kaskela, 30, of Massena with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 4:45 p.m. May 26 on state Route 37 in the town of Waddington.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MADRID - Canton-based state police reported Caitlyn M. Maskell, 18, of Waddingon was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 345 near Cogswell Corners Road.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - BANGOR - Malone-based state police reported Gerald F. Hampton, 75, of Massena was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 9:13 a.m. Tuesday on Route 11 at Wagner Road in the town of Bangor.
