CANTON — A Massena man pleaded guilty Tuesday in St. Lawrence County Court to felony failure to register as a sex offender. Skelly A. Crowell is expected to be sentenced to five years’ probation.

He said he knew it was against the law to have moved to Massena without filing a change of address within 10 days. He was ordered held at St. Lawrence County jail until he can find a place to live.
