Stepheny J. Fox, 26, of 373 W. Main St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon after Watertown police allege she walked out of Home Depot, 391 College Heights, without paying $721.56 for merchandise in a shopping cart that she was pushing.

She is charged with petit larceny and is summoned to appear in City Court.

Ms. Fox also has a case pending in Watertown Town Court from an incident April 5, when she was accused of shoplifting $75 worth of merchandise from Kohl’s, outer Arsenal Street.
