LISBON — A Lisbon was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary and petit larceny by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies.

Shaun M. Smith, 33, 774 Fulton Road, is accused of stealing bottles from a barn at 676 Old Dekalb Road, deputies said.

Mr. Smith was arraigned in Canton Town Court and taken to the St. Lawrence County jail without bail.
