Darrious L. Davis, 47, of 471 Portage St., is free without bail after state police accused him Tuesday of using another person’s debit card that he allegedly found at Seaway Lanes. He awaits possible grand jury action on a charge of fourth-degree grand larceny and three counts of forgery.

The card, belonging to Jessica A. Nappi, County Route 63, Adams Center, was used at various business places in Watertown, police said.
