ALEXANDRIA BAY — Daniel L. Davis, 61, Orleans Road, Fishers Landing, was charged by state police Wednesday with harassment in connection with a disturbance Tuesday afternoon at North Star Diner, 120 Church St.

Police said that while he was arguing with Jennifer Bennett, 38, he slammed a door on her right arm.
