OGDENSBURG — Audie T. Middlemiss, 50, of 819 New York Ave, Ogdensburg, was arrested by city police at 10:22 p.m. Friday at his home.

Mr. Middlemiss was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, along with resisting arrest and attempted assault, police said.

Police said the domestic incident involved an unidentified 6-year-old boy and 8-month old girl.

He was arraigned by City Judge A. Michael Gebo and released on probation.
