OGDENSBURG — Robert A. George III, 17, of 800 Park St., was arrested by city police at 11:38 p.m. Friday at 424 Caroline St.

Mr. George was charged with criminal mischief related to a broken car window. He was arraigned by City Judge A. Michael Gebo and released on probation.
