DWI - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Steven E. Ashley, 47, of Madrid with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right following an investigation of a one-vehicle crash at 9:12 p.m. Friday in the town of Waddington. Ashley was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident.

DWAI - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police charged Jay A. Humiston, 49, of Constable with driving while ability impaired and ticketed him for speeding following a traffic stop at 12:30 a.m. Sunday on state Route 122 in the town of Westville.

MARIJUANA POSSESSION - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Shawn M. Webster, 35, of Fort Covington with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 11:45 a.m. Saturday on Route 11 in the town of Malone.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - STOCKHOLM CENTER - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 9:40 p.m. Saturday on County Route 47 near Route 11 in the town of Stockholm. The driver was identified as Kuke A. Thompson, 18. of Winthrop, troopers said.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - SWEENEY’S CORNER - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 10:53 p.m. Saturday on County Route 49 near the Buckton Road. Troopers identified the driver as Jason J. Lamora, 33, of Norfolk.
