Reshawn D. Roberts, 21, of 2457 Alexandria Meadows, was charged by Watertown police at 6:45 a.m. Saturday with second-degree criminal contempt.

It is alleged that he violated a stay-away order of protection issued from Duval County, Fla., by living with the protected party, Ashlee N. Roberts, same address, and by getting into an argument with her. He is due to answer the charge in City Court.
