DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Darrell P. Dodd, 28, and Jessica Dodd, 33, of 30 Cornell Ave., Apt. 4, Massena, with disorderly conduct. Police said the couple were charged at 3:43 p.m. Sunday after they responded to their third complaint of a disturbance at the residence involving the Dodds and other neighborhood residents.



TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Michelle J. Delosh, 42, of County Route 48. Norwood, for failure to obey a traffic control device following a traffic stop at 11:32 a.m. Sunday in the Harte Haven Shopping Plaza at Romeo.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Richard F. King Jr., 50, of Constable for operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with no insurance in effect.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police Damion A. Giarratano, 18, of 94 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, with petit larceny. He allegedly stole a ring valued at $80 from his mother, Shannon. The ring was reported missing on May 29.
