Miguel A. Medina III, 25, of 113 W. Main St., Apt. 1003, was charged Saturday evening by Watertown police with endangering the welfare of a child and exposure of a person.

Police alleged that at 6:10 p.m. he exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl at the city’s playground at 300 Academy St. He was issued an appearance ticket for City Court. He also awaits possible grand jury action after being charged in late May with fourth-degree grand larceny for allegedly stealing a debit card and using it to make purchases.
