CRIMINAL NUISANCE - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Eric J. Sisto, 20, of Fort Covington with criminal nuisance - endangering others and resisting arrest Monday night following an investigation into an incident at 1:54 a.m. May 31 in the town of Fort Covington. Stephen M. Leroux, 19, of Fort Covington and Tyler J. Smiddy, 19, of Fort Covington had previously been charged with criminal nuisance and resisting arrest in connection with that same incident.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Joshua M. Miller, 23, of Waddington with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 7:35 a.m. May 30 on state Route 345 in the town of Waddington.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Curtis A. Kellison, 27, of Raymondville with disorderly conduct following an incident reported at 2:20 a.m. May 28 from the town of Massena. He was picked up in the town of Norfolk, arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, troopers said.

TWO-VEHICLE ACCIDENT - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police investigated a two-vehicle crash at 7:44 a.m. Monday on County Route 28 near Five Mile Line Road, in the town of Lisbon. Troopers said the vehicles were being operated by Dustin E. Duprey, 30, of Ogdensburg and Linda M. Hargrave, 52, of Madrid.

PETIT LARCENY - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Todd J. Tyo, 24, of Ogdensburg with petit larceny and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following an incident reported May 29 from the town of Waddington.

HARASSMENT - BRUSHTON - Malone-based state police charged Travis E. Dewey, 30, of Brushton with second-degree harassment stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 5:53 p.m. Saturday.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Jatara E. Hyde, 17, of Moira with second-degree aggravated harassent, resisting arrest, second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

UNLAWFULLY GROWING CANNABIS - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Tyler M. Hewitt, 20, of Bombay and Thomas C. Lauzon, 18, of Bombay with unlawfully growing cannabis and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident Sunday in the town of Fort Covington.

PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police reported one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 2:05 p.m. Sunday on state Route 68, near Brown Road, in the town of Lisbon. The vehicle was operated by John E. Kain, 72, of Hannawa Falls.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - NORWOOD - Canton-based state police said Maxine L. Smith, 46, of Norwood was involved in a property damage accident at 9 p.m. Sunday on Dry Bridge Road, near Morgan Street, in the town of Potsdam.
