All of the Section 10 teams involved in state first-round playoff games Monday will try again today after weather conditions forced the postponement of their games. In baseball, Class A champion Malone takes on Section 3’s New Hartford at 4:30 p.m. at Clarkson University. Class B champion Ogdensburg Free Academy faces Section 2’s Albany Academy at 4 p.m. at St. Lawrence University. Class C champ Norwood-Norfolk plays Section 7’s Ticonderoga at 4 p.m. at SUNY Plattsburgh.

In softball, Class A winner Malone plays Section 2’s South Glens Falls at 3 p.m. at the Adirondack Sports Complex in Glens Falls. Class B champion OFA faces Saranac of Section 7 at 2 p.m. at SUNY Plattsburgh. Class C champion St. Lawrence Central takes on Section 2’s Greenwich at 3:30 p.m. at SUNY Potsdam followed by a 5:30 p.m. Class D game between Heuvelton of Section 10 and Hamilton of Section 3.

With a victory Heuvelton, advances to the New York State Final Four. Class D Baseball Champion Parishville-Hopkinton drew a bye to the regional championship and will play the winner of today’s game between the Section 7 and Section 2 Champions on Wednesday for a NYS Final Four berth.
