FAILURE TO KEEP RIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kim B. Baldwin, 54, of 58 Woodlawn Ave., Massena,for failure to keep right, failure to signal, operation of a vehicle with no insurance and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 9:56 a.m. Saturday on Ober Street. Police said they made the stop after observing Baldwin operating a scooter erractically on a turn from Woodlawn onto Ober Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Mark J. Gonyou, 24, of 7 Sober St., Norfolk, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operation of a vehicle with no insurance following a traffic stop at 5:15 p.m. Friday on South Main Street at state Route 37.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Rodney L. Curran Jr., 37, of Kingsley Road, Massena, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 4:24 p.m. Friday on the Willow Street Extension.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Samantha P. Heald, 18, of Bucktown Road, Massena, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 3:54 p.m. Friday on the Willow Street Extension.
