Bob Simpson crafted a two-under par 33 on Friday at the Ben Cordwell Memorial Senior Golf League to post the lowest round in league play at the St. Lawrence Park course this season.

Simpson’s round included birdies on the 10th, 15th and 16th holes and edged out Chuck Ladouceur’s even par round of 35 for medalist honors. Ladouceur birdied the 14th and 17th holes and John St. Joseph posted the overall Low Net with a 30 which included a birdie on the 12th hole.
