Watertown police on Friday evening charged Stephanie L. Gould, 25, of 207 Franklin St., Apt. 210, with disorderly conduct.

Ms. Gould was accused of intentionally yelling “loudly and repeatedly” until another tenant opened his door and yelled for her to quiet down.

She was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held on $100 police bail.
