Kerianne E. Castillo, 24, of 435 S. Hycliff Drive, was charged Saturday by Watertown police with fifth-degree arson and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

She was accused of setting fire to clothing and personal hygiene items belonging to Pedro J. Castillo, same address, during a domestic dispute at their residence.

She is to appear in City Court.
