CLAYTON — Mr. Lewis R. Spencer II, Age 41, died June 7th at his mother’s home in Chaumont. A memorial service is tentatively scheduled for Saturday June 16th at the River Community Church in Clayton. Arrangements are with the T.R. Jetty Funeral Home in Clayton.
