CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police charged Cory A. Reynolds, 27, of Brasher Falls with criminal mischief (damage greater than $250) following an incident at 4:25 a.m. Sunday on County Route 19 in the town of Westville. Troopers also charged Reynolds with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle on a public highway. The charges stemmed from an investigation into a domestic dispute complaint.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - HAMMOND - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Joshua J. Hogedon, 25, of Massena with unlawful possession of marijuana on May 31 following a stop on state Route 37 in the town of Hammond.
