STOLEN PROPERTY - LISBON - Canton-based state police charged Bruce A. Larock, 19, of 141 Barker Road, Potsdam, with a felony count of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and a misdemeanor charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of a stolen property Sunday afternoon following an investigation into a complaint troopers received at 8:55 a.m. June 7 from the town of Lisbon.

ASSAULT - OSWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Leon F. Hammond, 52, of Norwood with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief - preventing an emergency call Sunday. Troopers said the charge stemmed from a complaint they received at 5:16 p.m. Saturday from the town of Oswegatchie.
