CANTON — A Canton woman was charged Tuesday with second-degree aggravated harassment by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.

Tracy James, 36, of 32 County Route 21, is accused of sending harassing text messages to Deanne M. Frisco, Irish Settlement Road. Ms. James is accused of violating an order of protection.

She was issued an appearance ticket for Town Court.
