Sammantha M. Davis, 24, of 300 Franklin St., was charged Saturday at 9:36 p.m. at Belmont Courts for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, Ogdensburg police said. She allegedly struck a parked vehicle. She is due in city court on June 21.

Sarah L. Ashley, 34, of 1104 Mechanic St., was arrested Saturday at 1:37 p.m. on a warrant for petit larceny, city police said.

She was released on her own recognizance.
