ADAMS — Leon E. Petrie, 49, of 9243 Grove St., was charged by state police Tuesday night with second-degree criminal contempt and harassment, and is ordered to appear in town of Ellisburg Court.

Police said he is accused of violating an order of protection held by Raphael L. Felicia, 37, same address, when he allegedly threatened to kick her in the head. They were arguing about their sick dog, and he threatened to shoot the dog, police said.
