Watertown police charged Kevin K. Hill, 26, of 211 Parker St., with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment about 8:10 p.m. Saturday at his residence.

He is accused of violating “refrain-from” terms of a Watertown City Court order of protection by pushing and grabbing the back of John B. Boulton on Saturday night at their residence.

Mr. Hill was held Sunday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in Watertown City Court.
