RESISTING ARREST - MASSENA - Village police charged Gregory L. Phillips, 439, of 221 Cook Road, Akwesasne, with resisting arrest and harassment at 11:58 p.m. Sunday following a disturbance at the Open Net taver, Police said Phillips was asked to leave the bar and when he was standing outside waiting for his ride he shoved Sgt. Dion Durant and then resisted when officers attempted to take him into custody. He was released from custody Monday morning on an appearance icket.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Mallory F. Hollinger, 27, of 258 Reed Drive, Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for making an unsafe start following a traffic stop at 5:15 p.m. Saturday on Grove Street at Laurel Avenue.
