City police were notified Monday at 9:30 a.m. that an American flag and flagpole were stolen from 718 Franklin St.

April L. Hawkins, 41, of 938 Paterson St., was arrested Sunday at 6:58 p.m. at Price Chopper, Ford Street Extension, for petit larceny, Ogdensburg police said. She is due in city court on June 28.

Rachel A. Gordon, 24, of 69 Turner Road, Hammond, was arrested Sunday at 3:40 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine, city police said.

She is due in court today.

Frank D. Murray, 52, of Judson Street, was issued summonses Sunday at 1:47 p.m. at Rosseel and Greene street for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign, Ogdensburg police said.

He is due in city court on July 5.

Brian M. McDonald, of 343 Belmont Courts, called city police Sunday at 11:37 a.m. to report that sugar and a diaper had been placed in the gas tank of his vehicle.

Timothy J. McLellan, of 312 Proctor Ave., called Ogdensburg police Sunday at 10:46 a.m. to report that a dirt bike was stolen from his garage. Police are investigating the complaint as a burglary.

Jacques K. Sovie, 18, of 1037 State St., was arrested Sunday at 2:24 a.m. for disorderly conduct, city police said. He is due in city court on July 5.

David J. Hollis, Jr., 30, of 265 Ross Road, was charged Saturday at 8:40 p.m. on Lake Street with open container, Ogdensburg police.

At the same time on West River Street, Gregory J. Denny, 23, of 720 Ford Ave., was similarly charged. They are due in city court on June 28.

—- Fern E. Barber, 18, of 422 Pine St., was ticketed Friday at 7:48 p.m. on State Street for unlicensed operation, city police said. She is due in city court on July 5.

Sammantha Marcellus, 21, of 425 Belmont Courts, was issued a summons Friday at 7:28 p.m. on Route 37 for interference with driver view, Ogdensburg police said. She is due in city court on July 5.

Katherine R. Beauchamp, 30, of 922 Greene St., was charged Friday at 7:23 p.m. on Route 37 for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, city police said.

She is due in city court on July 5.

Brooke B. Benjamin, 20, of Camillus, was ticketed Friday at 6:39 p.m. at Paterson and Lafayette streets for in adequate stop lamps, Ogdensburg police said. She is due in city court on June 21.
