Police said as Anson pulled back into his lane of traffic he lost control of his motorcycle and hit the guardrails. He was ejected from the motorcycle and landed in a grassy area.
Police said initial reports indicated Anson had deep abrasions and contusions. He was transported to Massena Memorial Hospital by Massena Rescue following the 5:26 p.m.
