POTSDAM - Cottage Street from Market Street east to the intersection of Cottage Street and Waverly Street will be closed to traffic from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday.

The village Department of Public Works crews will be installing new curbing.

The rain date is Tuesday.
