MASSENA - McDuffs-CJs of Potsdam relayed a 2-0 halftime lead into a 3-1 win over Vido Vidi Vici of Massena in a North Country Mens Summer Soccer matchup staged at Mike Nicholas Field on Wednesday.
Franco Bari and Willi Steinrotter each generated a goal and assist in the winning effort. Tyler Gallagher opened the scoring off an assist from Jason Norman.
Mike Murray finished off a play set up by Jeffrey Slack to account for the Vido Vidi Vici goal.
In other Wednesday evening action; Potsdams Chips Place outscored Canton Hoot Owl 3-1, The Place II of Lisbon beat Potsdam County Seat Realty and Pepsi-The Place blanked Frary Funeral Home 2-0.
Chips Place 3, Hoot Owl 1: Pat Mullen, Nofal Adam and Scott Bartenstein each netted a goal in the winning cause. John Jones produced two assists while Joe Chiaranzelli logged a solo helper.
Travis Jordan scored the lone goal for Canton on a penalty kick.
Grant Sharlow made 11 saves backstopping the win.
The Place Two 2, County Seat 0: Brandon Robinson and Donny Wilhelm netted goals in a game that was called after the first half due to extreme heat conditions.
