Angela A. Dezell, of 402 Pine St., called city police Wednesday at 8:01 a.m. to report that her vehicle was damaged. Details were unavailable, but police classified the complaint as a case of criminal mischief.

Joshua D. Tulip, 18, of 412 Oak St., was arrested Wednesday at 12:12 a.m. on Lafayette Street for unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age, Ogdensburg police said. He is due in city court on July 19.
