Officials at the Northern New York Agricultural Historical Society have scheduled a “meet and greet” event on a Tuesday in July for what they call one of Jefferson County’s “best-kept secrets” — the Stone Mills Agricultural Museum.

The public is invited to stop by the museum, 30950 Route 180, Lafargeville, from 4 to 8 p.m. July 24. The theme: “Come see how much we have grown and where our future lies.”

There will be a guided tour of museum grounds and farm buildings, re-enactments and other activities, food and a farmers market.
