BURGLARY - MASSENA - Canton-based state police have charged two Massena men and a Potsdam woman following an investigation into a December burglary at the Potsdam Moose Lodge that netted $1,108.
Troopers charged Jordan Thomas, 22, of Potsdam; Kyle A. LaMay, 27, of Massena; and Robert J. Donnelly, 29, of Massena; with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree conspiracy on Thursday. The burglary was reported at 12:24 a.m. Dec. 2.
Thomas was arraigned by Potsdam Town Justice James Mason and released under the supervision of the probation department.
Donnelly and LaMay are currently incarcerated on other charges. LaMay was released on his own recognizance on the new charge meaning he wont be earning credit for time served. Donnelly was sent back to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $500 cash.
LaMay and Donnelly were both arraigned by Judge Mason.
