CANTON — Mary P. Humphrey, 58, of 1212 Superior St., Watertown, was charged at 12:19 a.m. Thursday with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies.

Ms. Humphrey lost control of her vehicle while traveling on U.S. Route 11. Her BAC was measured at 0.15 percent.
